Both of these items were custom so there was additional communication needed. They were quite knowledgeable and collaborative to ensure that I got the product that I was seeking. The experience exceeded my expectations.

I am not sure what I was expecting this bag shaper to look like, it's quite simplistic when you get it in the mail, but it does the job. The sides could have come up a bit higher to give my Boston Bag more structure, but it did help quite a bit! If you get the right color like I did, you won't even notice it in your bag. It's a good investment to keep your vintage bag looking good for wear. Thanks!
