This was my first order through Etsy so I was a bit hesitant, but as I couldn't find a base shaper for my Chanel bag anywhere else I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The parcel was delayed somewhere in customs and when I contacted the seller they replied within 1 hour and were very helpful. When the product finally arrived I was thrilled. This base shaper is made with extremely high quality leather and the dimensions were correct and fits in my bag perfectly. Due to this positive experience I will use this seller again in the future. And a big thanks to this seller as well for producing something all the way in Australia that we can't find in Milan, Italy!!

Purchased two of these for my medium Chanel classic flap handbags. I knew they would fit perfectly based on previous purchases of several base shapers for other Chanel and Hermes handbags. They offered great support and have corrected one of my handbags that was slouching forward. The variety of colors match the colors of my handbags. I now only buy handbag shapers from M boutique.

When they arrived they did not fit it all when I communicated that to the seller they ghosted me .... Completely different experience with this seller they answered all my questions quickly and comprehensively even offered to do slightly different sizing for me which I didn't need the shapers are a perfect fit:)
