I can’t find my bag model on your website. Can you customise it?

Yes of course! If you can't find a suitable base shaper for your handbag among our wide range of options, worry not – we've got you covered. By simply filling out the form below and providing us with the internal measurements of your handbag, we will custom-make a base shaper to fit your precious piece.

How to get the internal measurements? 

1. Use a soft measuring tape and place it flat inside the bottom of your bag.

2. Measure the internal length from seam to seam at the base of the bag.

3. Measure the internal width/depth from seam to seam at the base of the bag.

4. Please provide your measurements in centimetres (cm).

Important:
• Please measure the inside of the bag only — do not use the external dimensions of the bag or measurements found online, as the usable internal space is usually smaller.
• Measure the actual base area where the base shaper will sit, rather than the widest part of the bag.
• We only require the Length × Width/Depth. The height of the bag is not required.
• For the most accurate fit, please measure from internal seam to internal seam wherever possible.

What if the base shaper doesn’t fit when I receive it?

We understand that despite your best efforts, there may be instances where the custom base shaper doesn't fit your handbag perfectly due to measurement discrepancies. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free solution to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If, upon receiving your custom order, you find that the base shaper doesn't fit as expected, simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will gladly provide a free amendment and remake you a new one! We believe in going the extra mile to ensure that the base shaper fits your handbag perfectly as it should.
