This was my 2nd and 3rd purchase from this company. I had absolutely no issues. There are extremely responsive and helpful. Both of these items were custom so there was additional communication needed. They were quite knowledgeable and collaborative to ensure that I got the product that I was seeking. The experience exceeded my expectations.

I am not sure what I was expecting this bag shaper to look like, it's quite simplistic when you get it in the mail, but it does the job. The sides could have come up a bit higher to give my Boston Bag more structure, but it did help quite a bit! If you get the right color like I did, you won't even notice it in your bag. It's a good investment to keep your vintage bag looking good for wear. Thanks!
